The apartments are spread out in residences that are located between the Reberty neighborhood and the Bruyères neighborhood.
The advantages of summer :
Free access to the swimming-pool of Bruyères area.
The apartments in the Reberty neighborhood:
a lively neighborhood of Menuires with a shopping center, Tourist Office, sports club, two movie theaters, ski schools, day care center, activities center, and medical center.
Les Boédettes, Carlines I, Les Gentianes, Le Sorbier, Ski Soleil, Le Median, and Biellaz residences have a Savoyard style architecture.
In all of the apartments (*):
Kitchen area fully equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher (in most of them), and oven.
Bathroom or shower room with WC (separate in some apartments).
Balcony (without furniture) for most of the apartments.
2 person studio (17 to 20 m²):
Living room with two places to sleep (trundle beds in most of them).
4 person studio (18 to 22 m²):
Living room with two places to sleep (trundle beds in most of them). "Coin montagne" (bunkbed cubby).
4-person two room apartment (21 to 24 m²):
Bedroom with a single bed and a trundle bed. Small bedroom with a bunkbed or a bed with a trundle bed.
6-person two room apartment - some with a loft (about 29 m²):
6 places to sleep among the living room and the bedroom (or loft).

The Orée des Pistes, Carlines II, and Bellevue residences that are located in the Bruyères neighborhood.
