Overlooking the old village of Gresse en Vercors, the residence is located about 1km from the heart of the village (vehicle recommended).
At the foot of the cliffs of Vercors and facing the south, it is made up of four 3-4 story buildings.
Some shops are located in the residence and there is a doctor on duty.
Note: meet at the French Ski School (ESF) where you will depart to ski the resort (1 km).
The advantages of winter:
Free activities :
- for adults (according to the activities calendar posted in reception).
- for children's for ages 4-12 (from 2009/12/19 to 2010/01/02 and from 2010/02/06 to 2010/03/06) from Monday through Friday (depending on availability).
> All rooms are located in building A. They are meant for 2 or 4 persons and are furnished as follows: a main room with a trundle bed and a bunkbed in the entryway (in the 4 persons).
> In all of the apartments (*):
Kitchen area fully equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, mini-oven or microwave (dish washer in apartments for 6 or more persons). Bathroom or shower room and WC.
Some apartments have a balcony or a patio.
2-person studio (approx. 20m2):
Living room with a trundle bed (2 places to sleep).
4-person studio (approx. 24m2):
Living room with a trundle bed (2 places to sleep) and a sleeping nook with a bunkbed.
Two room apartment or 5-person duplex (about 28m2):
Living room with a trundle bed (2 places to sleep) and a single bed - loft or bedroom with a bunkbed.
Two room apartment or 6-person duplex (about 35m2):
Living room with a trundle bed (2 places to sleep) (or a bunkbed in an apartment) - Loft with a bunkbed and a trundle bed (one double bed and two single beds in an apartment).
OR
Living room with a trundle bed (2 places to sleep) - sleeping nook with a bunkbed- bedroom with a bunkbed or a double bed.
8-person duplex (about 40m2):
Most of the apartments are arranged in the following manner (just an indication):
On the ground floor: bedroom in the entryway with a bunkbed - living room with a trundle bed.
Upstairs: 1 trundle bed and a bedroom with a double bed.
Some apartments are only equipped with one-person beds (single beds, trundle beds, or bunkbeds).
10-person triplex (about 60m2):
Most of the apartments are arranged in the following manner (description is just an indication):
On the ground floor: Shower room with WC (or living room with a sofabed. Shower room).
On the second story: a loft bed with 1 trundle bed and a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom.
On the third story: a bunkbed and 4 single beds (or a bunkbed and 3 single beds).
