At Avoriaz, the residences are multiple story buildings built right in the middle of the resort (pedestrian). Their façades have been redone in wood and blend into the original architectural style of the site. "Les Alpages I &II" are located in the heart of the resort close to all of the shops and activities. The Cédrat is about 500 meters from the downtown area of the resort (paid shuttles to downtown) and close to the local shops selling essential items.
The advantages of summer :
Free access at the swimming-pool of the resort of Avoriaz.
In all of the apartments (*):
Kitchen area fully equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, mini-oven, and dishwasher (in most of them in Alpage I and II, none in Cédrat). Bathroom with WC (separate in some apartments). Balcony for most of the apartments.
4-person studio (20 to 24 m²):
Living room with 2 sofabeds, a small entryway sleeping area with bunkbeds.
4-5 person two room apartment (from 23 to 28 m²):
Living room with 1 trundle bed and a sofabed. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed.
6-7 person two room apartment (from 25 to 35 m²):
Living room with 2 single sofabeds where one is a trundle bed. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a small bedroom with bunkbeds.
