This Palatin style residence is located in the marina. By walking along the port, you will have direct access to fine, sandy beaches located just 200 meters away. The residence is located in a quiet pedestrian area that is also full of life due to the shops located close by and it offers spacious apartments in 3 buildings that surround a magnificent pool (not covered, not heated, and no lifeguard on duty - guaranteed open in July/August).
In all of the apartments (*):
Kitchen area fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, mini-oven, and dishwasher. Bathroom or shower room, WC separate in some apartments.
Balcony with furniture for most of the apartments.
2-3 person studio (approx. 27 m²):
2 sofabeds where one is a trundle bed
4-5 person two room apartment with a view of the port, pool, or town (37 to 42 m²):
Living room with two sofabeds where one is a trundle bed. Bedroom with a double bed.
6-person two room apartment with a view of the port (approx.54 m²):
Living room with 2 sofabeds. Bedroom with a double bed. A trundle sofa bed in the entryway.
